What does it take to start a Sammvaad business?

In order to become a Chaipreneur and spread the love of Chai you need to register yourself with an email ID and invest a minimum of Rs 4000.

How much does a Chaipreneur earn?

While earnings depend on the amount of Sammvaad  products sold per month. The average earnings of a Chaipreneur (on a monthly basis) is Rs 25000.

What is the minimum order value?

If you are logging in as a customer then there is no minimum order value.

If you are logging in as a Chaipreneur (registered member) then the minimum investment would be Rs 4000.

Who can I sell Sammvaad to?

As the saying goes "The more the merrier!" With chai/teas being one of the most consumed beverages, we see everyone around you as a potential Sammvaad consumer. As you gain confidence you may extend your sales to chai stalls, retail stores and eateries in and around your locality.

How will I get paid for my sales?

We have a well laid out system that calculates all your earnings, commissions, discounts and incentives. Your commissions and incentives are accumulated in your id in form of rewards which you can utilise when you place your next order.

How can I place my order?

Chaipreneurs can log in to our website and place their order online by paying via any of the payment options available.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and the payment has been authorized by your bank, you should receive a receipt via email confirming your order. Additionally, you can head over to your ‘Account’ page, click on orders and view  your orders.

How may I track the status of my order?

As soon as you place your order you will receive SMS for your confirmation. Similarly, you’ll get sms when your order is shipped, delayed, or delivered.

How do I refer customers or members?

Once you place your order and complete the checkout you will get a link to share with your members or customers. Once they place the order you may enjoy the benefits of their order value.

How would I know if the person I have referred has made a purchase using my referral code/s?

Once the member or customer uses the link shared by you to purchase a product, you will be notified via email. In addition a coupon code, which you can avail with any of your orders, will also be shared.

Instead of coupon code can I get the benefit of referral in cash?

No, any referral benefit can only be availed in the form of coupon code which will be shared to your email ID.

How will I know what ranks I have achieved?

The system will ensure to keep track of your purchases and the system will generate your rank accordingly. You will also be able to see how many points are required for you to achieve the higher rank.
