Cancellation & Return

• Order once received cannot be cancelled or changed and any such request will not be carried out.
• Orders once shipped or delivered cannot be returned and the company will not be liable for any such claim.
• In case the Sammvaad product you receive is damaged, you can raise returns and replacement query by sending an email to help@sammvaad.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
  Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.
